Pam said the service was awesome. She added that she thought the service department of the business could not be better and they were awesome. However the sales department of the business was a different story. She and her husband went into the business to look at RVs. The salesperson, Dave Wheeler was very snooty. He was showing her and her husband an RV when 2 other sales persons drove up on a golf cart and he began talking with them. When he finished his conversation he just walked off. They found a few RVs with the doors unlocked and looked through them. Then they went after the salesperson to ask if they could look at some of the RVs that were locked. He told them he was not a tour guide and they should come back when they knew what they wanted. They asked for literature on the RVs so they could see the floor plans. He told them people ask for the literature for fun and games. They told him they were thinking of upgrading from their RV and it was not for fun and games. He begrudgingly gave them a few brochures. Later they went into the business for some parts and were approached by a salesperson and the sales manager. They told the sales manager about their experience with Dave Wheeler. The sales manager defended his actions by saying they have to know people are serious about purchasing the product before they show it to them. Pam said she thought they figured they might not be able to afford the RV but she and her husband retired in their fifties because they had a very successful business. They have recently spoken to someone at this business about 2 RVs. One of them was sold and the other one they were told was no longer being made. They are still interested is seeing what is available. Pam has requested a phone call from someone above the sales manager about the issues and for additional opportunities to view RVs they may purchase.
