Beverly said the only thing that kept her from giving the business the top rating was because it took so long to do the work. She did not elaborate on how long it took but said the service advisor did tell her ahead of time how long it would take and they did deliver the vehicle on time. She had a couple of issues with the sales department of the business. Every time she has gone in, even with an appointment they have told her there was a 5 or 10 minute wait but it has been about a half hour. There is always a wait. She recently traded her vehicle in for a new one and the technician walked through the vehicle with her. She was very serious about learning about all of the features and often he came up with flippant, sarcastic answers to her questions. He did it in a joking way but she was quite serious and found it annoying. Even though she is retired she does have schedules for things to do.
