Larry said he would like this business to send timely money saving sales and service specials to his home address. He said the service work wasn't completed on his RV because they had to order a microwave. He explained that the manufacturer of the Apollo microwave won't be able to deliver it to this business until December. He has no problem with the delay. He appreciated his service advisor giving him a special deal on his oil change. His service advisor followed up with everything and he did everything he said he would do. Prior to going to this business for service he heard bad things about this business' sales department, but he decided to bring his RV in for service anyhow. He's never been disappointed with the service he's received from this business.
