Duane said he was not completely satisfied because the business was installing a trailer brake on his new vehicle and they broke the ignition. He mentioned that he has to take the vehicle to the dealership to get it fixed, and mentioned that it is under warranty so it's not a big deal. However, he can't drive the vehicle and the dealership has to wait for the part to fix it.
