Spoke with Alissa. She said that she was not completely satisfied with the sales staff because she had to switch sales representatives because her husband was uncomfortable with the first salesman they worked with. Her husband felt he was not being totally honest with them. She was not happy with the handling of the financing because they were told they would receive a free membership to a list of Washington parks that was included with their brochure, but they found that they would have to pay a $325 yearly fee for the membership. They told her that the vehicle would get 10-14 miles per gallon, but it was only getting 6 miles to the gallon when they took it on a trip over the weekend. When they picked up the RV the water heater was leaking and it had to be replaced.
