Marvin said he gave a rating of 3 for overall satisfaction because he does not completely trust what this business says. He said communication was not satisfactory because this company lied about a need for an oil change. Marvin went to another business and found out the oil change was not needed. He also does not trust the recommendations for changing a cracked light and a battery. He said the quality of the workmanship on the detailing was not as good as the first time he had it done and he is not certain they really did much work on the RV. The RV was at the business 2 days and he expected it to be done the same day. The business never called to alert him to a delay. He said he spoke to the management about this delay problem. He would not recommend this business because of his distrust of what this business says. He said he is afraid to have this business see his opinions because he may have to deal with them again in the future.

ON 15 POINT FOUND HOUSE BATTERIES CONNECTIONS CORRODED,NO CHARGE TO HOUSE BATTERIES FROM ALTERNATOR.GEN SET 1/2 QT LOW,FRONT ICC LIGHTS SEALANT SPLIT OPEN AND ONE LENS CRACKED. GAVE CUSTOMER ESTIMATES FOR REPAIRS. CUSTOMER DENIED AT THIS TIME. UNIT IS IN GOOD SHAPE AND IS ROAD READY FOR RV'ING."

The above are quotes taken from your $39.95 Spring Signature Service. Oil changes are based upon mileage, or time because oil is an organic compound and it breaks down even when not in use. You are meant to change your oil in your genset and chassis at least annually. Also it is important to note that your light is cracked, and the sealant that surrounds it and keeps the water out of your coach is as well. I recommend you have someone take care of that immediately as water is the silent killer of RVs. While performing the inspection we verified your battery connections are corroded which isn't uncommon, and at the time of the inspection we weren't getting any charge from your alternator which I am sure will be covered under your 3 year 36,000 mile Ford warranty.
