Charles said he was not completely satisfied with the courtesy of the service advisor. When he was picking up his vehicle the service advisor was carrying on a conversation with another customer instead of working with him. He was irked by it. They can serve him better by making sure there is enough clearance with the blocking when he is picking up the RV after a service visit. He appreciates the parts department of the business.
