Michael said he did not receive a phone call until his freight truck was impounded and they held the freight truck for ransom. He also said he was upset that he had to walk out on his anniversary dinner with his wife to pay for a $1,200 bill that was not accurate. He mentioned the wrong truck came to impound the freight truck so the tow company called for another one to come and he was billed for both tow trucks. He also mentioned that the people he spoke with were very rude. Lastly, the business could serve him better by giving him a rebate truck and charging him for one tow truck. He chose not to elaborate if the vehicle was ready when promised or about the quality. For these reasons, he wouldn't recommend this business.

The situation was difficult to begin with, since the call came from the Auburn Police Department indicating that a loaded semi tractor and trailer had gone off the road in the ditch and was against the power lines. In addition, it was blocking West Valley Hwy. during rush hour. With this information, the correct response is two recovery trucks. After being placed on standby by the police and waiting for clearance from the power company--the expense was high. All hourly rates were explained to the driver and signed authorization provided before beginning. Upon completion, the credit card provided by the company was declined. Due to not receiving payment the truck was taken back to the our towing office until payment was received. While I understand the frustration with the events, the situation as a whole would have been difficult to forecast or prevent. We would welcome the opportunity to serve you in a less stressful environment. Thank you, Keith Lewis, 253.245.5454
