Horrible Experience.
My wife was lied to and a five mile tow ended up costing twice the amount quoted. $300.00 for a 5 mile tow. The owner was not pleasant either. After my wife talked to him, he decided to add another $80.00 to the bill because "He Could" I hope I never have dealings with this company again.

Robert, I am sorry to learn of your disappointment. I wish your circumstances could have better upon the use of our company. Nonetheless, it is important to understand that the Sheriff's office called for a tow due to your wife being in an accident. After the vehicle is impounded to our impound yard, the rates for impound and daily storage are set by the Sheriff's office and not by our company. While there was no lie, the cost did go up due to the contracted storage rates. Finally, I do hope we never have to meet in these circumstances, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you in the future. Respectfully, Keith Lewis
