waiting, waiting, waiting but still not provide good service
I always pull my car to this shop for maintenance. Not long ago, I bought 4 tires from this shop, but I always found my tire pressure light on. so I went to this shop to fix. at first a guy in the shop told me it's not their problem, telling me to go to the tire store to fix it. after I complained, they agreed to check .I asked them to check if there is a nail in one of the tires. but after 3 hours, they said there was no nail, told me it's the tire pressure sensor problem and charge over $100 to fix it. after one day the tire pressure light was on again, so I switched to another shop to take a look, they found a nail in one of the tires right of way and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Purrfect auto let me wait more than 3 hours, and charge me over $100 and couldn't fix a simply problem. I am mad and angry.
