Zeke said he was charged for an oil change at the business, but felt it was not right that he should have to pay for the labor to put it in. However, he liked Scott and Karen, who treated him well and took the time to explain every thing concerning his vehicle. Scott had been helpful concerning an issue he had with it, which could not be fixed at the facility. Scott took it to another place which solved of the problem and he was satisfied.

Steve said he has gone up there twice, but he knows they had to evaluate the problem first. They are not open on the weekends and it would be more convenient to their schedule to be open on the weekends.
