Great Customer Service.
I recently let my uncle put new brakes on my car. When I went into Randall for an oil change they informed me I had a serious problem with my breaks. The great thing was though that he explained to me what was wrong, showed me pictures, and helped me understand WHY I needed to fix it, not just that I had too. I really appreciated it. :)
