Nice purchasing experience
I had been without a car for several months and decided that today (6-24-13) was the day to fix this problem. My parents and my sister/brother-in-law have each previously purchased from Riverside and were happy. Rick Barrett was the fortunate one to meet me at the door. He patiently answered all my questions, showed me any number of cars and, of course, test drives of a few. I made a purchase and am very happy with my car. Rick promised touch up paint for a couple minor chips in my 'new' 2010 Fusion. it arrived in the mail about a week and a half later. My car came with one coded key. I asked if he would find out if there was another. He promised to check with the previous owner. Lo and behold, a second coded key showed up in my mailbox today. I am very pleased with my car buying experience, with the follow through, the car itself and to have wheels again.
