They are competent, polite and fast.
I bought my car from Riverside Ford and all of my maintenance work has been done at that same dealership/garage. The service department is nice to work with, they get my car done in a reasonable time frame and I feel confident when I drive away that my work has been done correctly. The only downside is it is rarely washed or vacuumed and other dealerships provide that with every service. It was a verbal commitment given to me by the service manager when I bought the car.
