Good work, dissapointed by the loaner situation
My truck was recently in the shop for some work covered under warranty for almost 2 weeks. The work was done well and I have no complaints about that. However I was disappointed when I learned of how long I would be without my vehicle and was told that they had no loaners available. They offered to get me a rental at "their rate" of $30 a day which is a pretty bad rate on a rental anyway. I've had work done at a competing Ford dealer a few miles away and had no problem getting a loaner vehicle. Based on this I'll strongly consider using the competing dealer next time since it would make life a whole lot easier for me if I have a vehicle to drive while mine is in the shop.
