2012 Focus
A problem with the left rear door lock needed a replacement module. Riverside had to order it and it would not be in till the next day. It was covered on warranty and Riverside set up a rental car From Enterprise for me til the Focus was done. Next day I picked up my car and was not charged for anything. Hats off to Riverside. They take care of thier customers.
