Great experience!
Sam, Pam, and Kathy were absolutely awesome! When I first went into the showroom, there were three guys just standing around, saw us, but continued to talk to each other and hang on the truck on display. But Sam was quick to show me their selection on Ford Escapes and apologize for the guys in the showroom. Pam, the fabulous internet rep, immediately came out and kept me interested. She and Kathy worked with the bank so that I could get what I wanted, which was a 2014 Ford Escape. They were friendly and professional and when I'm ready for another new car (in about 6-7 years), I'm coming back to this dealership. Thank you to Pam and Kathy for working so hard to ensure I was happy. You ladies are awesome! Thank you Sam for stepping up when others failed to.
