Good Work but lack of communication
I brought my car in for warranty work and the parts were not in and then the mechanic was not available for another week. I had to drive in twice to get the repairs done and then they did not do part of the work requested when the car was dropped off.

Obviously, we can't stock every part for every Ford, and occassionally our technicians get backed-up working on other customer's vehicles.  We certainly apologize that Anitra S. had to wait a few days until we had parts and people available to work on her vehicle.

This customer had a couple of concerns about the vehicle that we could not verify.  However, we will contact Anitra S. today to offer our assistance.
