I was impressed with Dave and your team with their persistence trying to find the issues my car was having. The concern and effort was more than appreciated. As a former dealer operations manager, the goal was to strive in keeping the service department in the top rankings with CSI. The effort I see being made at Riverside is an indication of the same goal to keep the level of customer service as a priority.
