Delbert said they left a clip off of his bumper and it just doesn't look right, but he hasn't driven the vehicle yet so he cannot evaluate the quality of the work. He said they have a strange system because once his vehicle has been worked on and he goes back in, the people that he spoke with before don't want anything to do with him. He said he just wandered around until someone told him he needed to speak with the woman who takes the money. He said they never told him what they did, but he saw the updates online. He said it would have been nice if they had explained things to him. He said he receives the coupons two weeks after he comes in for service, and it would be nice if they arrived earlier.
