Robert said this business's service department is excellent, but their sales department is bad. He left his RV with the sales department for a week and a half because he wanted to know how much it was worth. Robert explained someone from the sales department gave him an unsatisfactory low price, but called him 20 minutes later with a higher price. Robert pointed out he doesn't think they even looked at his RV. He opined the person from sales must have said to someone, I'm going to lowball this guy regarding the worth of his RV.
