Jimmy said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because the generator kept quitting on him and he was charged a little over $300 to have it repaired even though it was covered under his extended warranty. He also mentioned that he feels that the motor home was not ready when promised because the generator should have been working when he received the motor home. He is unsure if he was completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his motor home, because after he received his bill, he was so disappointed, he has not driven it since. This business could serve him better by doing a thorough search on the motor home before selling it.
