Marc requested this business send timely money saving sales and service specials to his home address. He was 80 percent satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his vehicle. He had to return to this business for his most recent service visit, because of the following. They didn't put his windshield wipers on correctly, and the wipers didn't work like they should have. The headlights weren't right, and they forgot to turn off the batteries in his RV, which could have drained the batteries. Marc pointed out normally he has no issues with this business, but on his most recent service visit they took on a huge undertaking because so much work had to be done on his vehicle. Note customer did say yes to completely satisfied.
