David said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because he brings his trailer in every year to get it winterized and dewinterized and so far he has had no problems, but last time he watched water go everywhere when the business was working on it. The guy dewinterized his trailer and when he was camping there was water leaking out of the open tubes that were not closed all the way. He opened his trailer up and reached in with a small pair of channel locks to close the tube and they hit something and it sparked and then everything shut off but the lights. He is a 100 percent disabled veteran and all he got was 10 percent off of having his trailer worked on again. He does not feel like he should pay for his repairs because if it was not for the mechanic not doing his job right then he would not have these problems. He was not completely satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor because he never communicated with him. He would not recommend this business for service because of the reasons already stated.
