As part of my original tire purchase @ Roland, I am entitled to free tire rotations (to extend the life of the tires). As usual, I showed up without an appointment; however, they ALWAYS are able to work the rotation into their normal business activities within a reasonable amount of time. Although this activity is not an income generator for Roland, they are always friendly and efficient.
