Robert, I do appreciate your loyal business since 2012!!
I would like to take a minute to explain the the $18.95 coupon.
All oil change prices are set based on a conventional filter and 5 quarts of oil. In some cases the price you end up paying could change depending on the amount of oil your car takes or the type of filter which is used. In most cases the coupons printed, depending where they come from, either say most cars or see store for details. Our regular price on the full service oil change is $28.95 so we simply give a $10.00 credit on the oil change when a $18.95 coupon is presented which you got off your invoice.
You still have to pay for washer solvent, shop supplies and tax.
I saw where you came back in March for a Oil change on your other car and the price you payed was $21.27 out the door which is $18.95 plus tax and supplies. Your Tundra, however, takes 6.5 quarts of oil which would explain the additional three dollars.
Our reputation means alot to me and my staff, if you would take a minute to reevaluate your your score I would really appreciate it.
Thanks again for your business!!
