I needed to have my car towed to Ron's Garage for repair. As a first time customer, I was impressed with the fact that Ron's Garage made it easy by both recommended a towing service as well as adding the towing fee to their invoice so that it could all be handled in one fell swoop, so to speak. I was pleased with the email I received that provided my service history, that can be accessed any time, as well as a (not sure what it's referred to as) but an overall health report on my car. Having previously dealt with a local Toyota dealership it's a refreshing change not to wonder what work was done, needlessly. Ron's Garage gets bonus points for a) being closed on the weekends allowing their staff to enjoy what is more than likely a well-earned weekend, and b) for including their doggies in their local ads. I've always told people that if you want to get my vote, include a dog in the photo. :D
