Family friendly and knowlegable or they will find out for you .
Trent ( Found out what was covered under warranty for me ), Melissa ( Very helpful and has a great sense of humor ), Chris ( very pleasant driver to and from the dealership when my car was in the shop, very complimentary of our dealership) , Adam ( was my old agent sine Subaru days )and their manager ( ? only name I cannot remember who replaced Mr Lee )make you feel like family. They listen to what you report and get it checked . The lounge is clean with TV and coffee while you wait. Daniel and Chuck (tries to get me into a new car always . lol ) and all the front office staff greet like they know you while you wait for your car.
