I scheduled service for my Escape, then I read the reviews on Yelp and Google and was scared to death! I talked to the service people about the horrible reviews and they asked me to give them a chance, so I did! I could not be more satisfied. The service department did fantastic work, I could not be more pleased with my experience. I will be returning.
