I was going to go on Yelp and rag on ya, but since you asked let say I was not please when I entered your service department. The guys working their seemed not willing to help. Their lack luster attitude did not make me feel that Sound Ford even wanted my business. In fact they told me to go else where, because they were to busy. Only to service my vehicle anyway through one of your business partners. Imagine my surprise to see that my vehicle had been serviced by the very company that said they were too busy.

So, here's a suggestion: When a customer comes in for service, and that customer is driving an old ford vehicle. "WARM MARKET COMES TO MIND". Why not have your service and sales departments coordinate some sort of customer retention program? The service department could send the customer's information up to the sales department and have a sales person waiting to speak with them while their vehicle is being checked out. While I was there I witness multiple sales associates just maintaining the lot with no customers. Just thought you would like to know. I might re-consider coming back to your location if I thought service would change and some type of feed back regarding my suggestions.
