I assumed that my car would be a low priority because I was eligible for a discount, but instead I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service I received. Not only did they fix my numerous issues quickly, but the price was great and they found me a loaner car. Randy was courteous and followed up with me, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm just sorry about my lousy timing afterwards when I stopped by to say thanks (I hope they saved you a doughnut, Randy!).
