Mary said it was really out of their control but a piece of molding for the middle of the door was late, then it was wrong, and they had to send for another one. She's since been notified it arrived, and would only take about 2 minutes to install, but hasn't yet had a chance to make the return trip. It was ready on Friday but that was postponed from Thursday because of the late arrival of that piece. She was kept informed during the repair but she wasn't called about the delay,and she was satisfied with communication other than not getting a call about the delay. The personnel were very nice.
