Calvin said he did not rate his overall experience with this business higher, because his vehicle wasn't ready when he went to pick it up. He explained when he picked his vehicle up the bumper was crooked, and the tail light was bent, therefore he had to wait for over an hour while this business fixed the above issues. Calvin pointed out he was supposed to pick his vehicle up in the morning, but because he was busy he couldn't pick it up until late in the afernoon. He remarked because he didn't pick up his vehicle until late in the afternoon, this gave this business more time to make sure everything was fine with his vehicle before returning it to him. Because of the above, he will not recommend this business to others.
