Daniel said that he rated the experience a 2 because the due date kept getting pushed back. He mentioned that he is not sure if the repair will last, so he didn't rate the quality. He added that the vehicle was about a week and a half late but is unsure why. He stated that he did not have communication with the shop. He added that he would not recommend them for the listed reasons. He said that he was supposed to hear about some parts being in on Monday but has not gotten a call yet.
