Danielle said she had to call the facility to get information on the repair. When her call was answered she was given very thorough, complete information. She had to call the facility to get information on the repair. The estimate on the repair was provided to her insurance company. The communication could have been better on the part of the facility. The work completed on the vehicle was wonderful.
