John said the staff at the business is very nice and the results of the repair were very good, but the repair to his bumper cover could have been paid more attention. The technician should have been more on top of it. His vehicle was delayed by 3 days because they only painted one corner of his bumper. He was not kept adequately informed because he found out his vehicle would be delayed on the original promised date. He has been a repeat customer for 15 years. His wife and mother are also customers of the business.
