Carrie said she loves them and takes her vehicle there every time they have an incident with her vehicle. She said they found other issues that had to be fixed once her vehicle was being worked on. The mechanic did call and inform her so it was delayed 1.5 weeks longer. She said they did the best job they could and they might have found all issues and fixed them, if they had more time to begin with.
