Robert said this business took a really long time and they missed two items on his vehicle. He added each item added one week to work time on his vehicle but he would not elaborate on what these items were. He mentioned the quality of the repair was good. He stated his vehicle was ready about two weeks later than the original promise time due to a parts delay. He said he had to bring his vehicle back a second time because his vehicle was shaking and they had to fix that issue for him as well. He stated he was not completely satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because he missed a lot of things due to the vehicle being a specialty model. He added the estimate was a lot lower than the total bill. He mentioned the personnel was very friendly. He stated he would not recommend this business to others because of the previously stated issues and they failed to notice things were still wrong with his vehicle that even he noticed.

The original estimate was written by the customers insurance company and did increase in cost when the car was disassembled. Once the car was disassembled there were several parts that needed to be ordered and a couple parts that arrived wrong and were reordered. When Robert came to pick up his car he noticed a vibration in the steering wheel, we took the car to the dealer to have it checked out and it was a broken motor mount (car was at the dealer 1 week). All in all the repair could have gone more smoothly even though we did test drive this car before delivering it. The car took a total of 3 1/2 weeks to repair and had $7500 in damage. I'm sorry for any inconvienence
