Charles said he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair service, because he brought his vehicle back to follow up on a previous repair service. When he purchased his vehicle, the dealership installed a camera in the rear side of his vehicle. He noticed the camera wasn't working properly. He knows the business has been in business for 20-30 years, but they did not have the equipment or the knowledge to fix the camera issue.
