Spoke with Kevin. He said he's always been satisfied with their work. They are attentive to their work. They looked things over before they gave the vehicle back. They kept the vehicle until they got it right. They kept it 2 weeks longer, but it was ready when promised. He's glad they found other unspecified issues and kept the vehicle longer. He told them at the beginning there was battery acid all over the back end of his vehicle but it wasn't put in the estimate. They had to strip the paint and repaint his vehicle.
