Spoke with Marsha. She said this business was supposed to have her vehicle for a week but had it for three due to a parts delay. They ordered the parts but did not know where they were until she called to find out the status of her vehicle. They found out her parts had been sitting for the past few days at another facility. She is still waiting for a part to get in so they can put it on. During the time her vehicle was getting repaired, Barry Johnson kept telling her that he would contact her with status updates but never initiated any contact. She had to constantly call Barry and was told by him that getting parts for a new vehicle was difficult. She stated that getting new parts for a vehicle should not be as hard as it was. She would not recommend this business due to this recent experience.

I looked into this and the part missing was the frt bumper reinforcement. The part was on back order through the local GM dealer. Our dealer kept telling us it was on the way. When the customer called concerned we called the other dealer disrct and expeditied the order. That dealer was located in  WV. Sometimes it's difficult to get a new part but most times we can get them very quickly. As always it's disappointing when a customer is delayed and unsatisfied
