James said the quality of the work was poor. They didn't address his issues on a redo. When he picked his vehicle up, 10 items had been missed that they were supposed to take care of. He said he pointed them out and only 3 of the issues were taken care of when it picked it up the second time. There were new problems with the vehicle. The hood wasn't aligned properly. The passenger's side door nicked the fender because of the alignment being too close. His vehicle wasn't ready on time. He turned his rental vehicle in. He did not communicate with the business. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.

this was an older s10 Pu and we were talking with the owners son. There were some missed items (emblem, touch up on edge etc)  which we addressed but about half the items were not at all related to the accident. We tried to fix those other things as best as possible and the owners son was fine but his dad wasnt. I offered to go over everything myself with the owner instead working with his son and hopefully he will bring the truck by so we can satify him..
