Marvin said he was not satisfied because of what happened the last day that his vehicle was at this business. He received a call from them saying that his vehicle was ready. He came to pick up the vehicle and noticed a manufacturer defect so they brought it back and fixed it right on the spot. They told him his account balance was zero and he was sent on his way with no issues. Three days later, they contacted him and told him that they made a mistake and he actually owes this business for his deductible. He said he does not understand how they can make that big of a mistake when he has a receipt that says he does not owe any money. His vehicle was returned to him a day later than promised but he is unsure what caused the delay. They never contacted him to keep him informed during the repair process. The only time they contacted him was when his vehicle was finished, and other than that he had to contact this business for his updates.
