Nikki said the repair took about nine days to complete. It was supposed to be a two day repair and it was about seven days late. They received a wrong part. She said the communication started out just fine, but towards the end she sought them out. There was a miscommunication between them and the parts supplier. She would not recommend this business because of the length of time it took.
