Kelly said she is not happy with the time it took to get the parts to start and finish the repair. It took close to two weeks to get the parts needed for the repair. During the time it took to get the parts needed she was not satisfied with the communication but once the parts arrived and the repair started she was kept well informed during the repair. James did a very through job preparing the estimate on the vehicle.
