Cece said he gave the 3 because of the first man he dealt with, he could not give any specific reason, but his wife told him the man was a p$$k. The second man he said was completely different.

The first manager that the customer dealt with is no longer employed by Sprayglo, the second one is. I don't think that much more needs to be said.
