Based on the recommendation of a friend, I took our car in for new tires and, what I believed was needed, to replace a damaged rear shock absorber. They ordered the shock and called me when it came in.
Once I arrived at their location, I was frustrated to wait almost an hour before my car was looked at (the reason for 4 stars, instead of 5).
The tires were installed, but I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the shock, but that it was just a matter of a couple of loose bolts that they tightened at no charge. This was a test of trust, as they could have gone ahead and installed the shock, charged me. And to top it off, the tires were a few dollars less than estimated.
I will be happy to recommend them to others.
