Verified CustomerKyle, I`m sorry that you were not happy with out testing fee but I know that your ac company makes up for the fee somewhere on the invoice. I pay any service company that does repairs for me a service charge so when you agreed to the fee you never asked about waiving the fee. We would have told you up front what our policy is. I hope you will consider coming back because we did a good job on your vehicle and maybe we can work something out in the future.
