Victor said this business wasn't too responsive in meeting the deadline they'd set themselves, so it was a little late. He got a message it would be ready either Thursday or Friday, but he never got a call so had to call this business, and it was finally ready Tuesday. He was told Monday there was an issue with the engine running roughly, so that was another reason for the delay. He'd called both Thursday and Friday and the vehicle was getting an alignment. He stated he'd thought the alignment was going to be done so he'd be able to pick it up Friday.
