Andrea stated she did not think one of the things that was supposed to have been done was done. She was sure this business would take care of it but it is a little bit of a hassle. The tire cover got ripped and was supposed to be replaced. It was not a huge thing, but the insurance company was charged for the cover. The way the insurance company handled the claim was not timely, and she stated she did not feel that there was a lot of communication.
